Women competed for the first time at the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris. In a full circle moment, #Paris2024 will be the first #Olympics in history to achieve numerical gender parity, with the same number of female and male athletes participating. 👏 Maria Taylor, Host of Football Night in America, is making sure viewers see that. There is tremendous power in using storytelling to shift gender norms. Media has the ability to influence change for the future of women in sports.

I've always been told I bring emotion to the boardroom. This is not a weakness. Emotion is about passion and empathy. As leadership undergoes transformative shifts, some of the most crucial and sought-after skills are the ability to be vulnerable and empathetic. In today's rapidly changing workplace, leaders who prioritize vulnerability are not just adapting to change—they are driving it. It’s clear that we must embrace our humanity to create environments where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
